By accessing or using Perch Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Perch Analytics is a dashboard that aggregates and displays your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data in one place. The Service connects to your Google account via OAuth and reads your data on your behalf using the analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly scopes. The Search Console scope is used solely to display impressions, clicks, CTR, and top search queries for properties you own.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Perch Analytics you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you are acting.
Perch Analytics offers two tiers:
All payments are final. No refunds are issued. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Perch Analytics's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the minimum scopes necessary — analytics.readonly for Google Analytics data and webmasters.readonly for Google Search Console data — and we do not share or use that data for any purpose other than displaying it to you.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: attempting to circumvent access controls, scraping the Service, using it to violate any law, or interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service.
All content, design, and code comprising Perch Analytics is owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data displayed will be perfectly accurate. GA4 data is sourced from Google's APIs and subject to their processing delays and limitations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perch Analytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Perch Analytics's access via Google Account Permissions and deleting your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Questions? Email us at hello@perchanalytics.com.
